Filing 143 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER by Judge Greg N. Stivers on 5/3/2018. Defendants' Motions for Summary Judgment (DN 115 , 116 ) are GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. Defendants are entitled to summary judgment on all of Plaintiff's c laims except for Count V. Within ten (10) days of the entry of this Memorandum Opinion and Order, Plaintiff shall submit an itemized statement outlining her reasonable attorneys' fees and costs incurred and to be paid by Rawlings Company LLC relating only to Count V. Rawlings Company LLC shall have ten (10) days to respond with any objections. Defendants' Motions for Leave to Exceed Page Limitations (DN 114 , 124 , 138 ) and Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Exceed Page Limitations (DN 126 ) are GRANTED. Plaintiff's Objection to Magistrate Judge's Order (DN 97 ) is OVERRULED AS MOOT. Plaintiff's Motions for Partial Summary Judgment (DN 110 , 111 , 112 , 113 , 117 , 118 ) are DENIED AS MOOT. cc: Counsel (CDF) |
