Kees's objection (D.N. 25 , PageID # 2188) to the ALJ's failure to accurately portray Keess impairments to the vocational expert is SUSTAINED. The Court declines to adopt th e Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Recommendation as to that issue. (D.N. 24 , PageID # 2183). All other objections are OVERRULED. The balance of Magistrate Judge Whalin's Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Recommendation (D.N . 24 ) is ADOPTED and INCORPORATED by reference herein. Kees's motion for judgment on the pleadings (D.N. 17 ) is GRANTED insofar as it seeks reversal of the Administrative Law Judge's decision and remand for a new hearing.
