November 7, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 6 ORDER FOR PAYMENT OF INMATE FILING FEE Signed by Judge Rebecca Grady Jennings on 11/6/2018 granting #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. The BCDC shall collect from the plaintiff's prison trust account an initial partial filing fee in the amount of $6.25 and shall forward the amount to the Clerk of the Court. Said payment shall be clearly identified by the plaintiff's name, Inmate Identification Number, and number assigned to this action. Thereafter, the BCDC shall collect the $343.75 balance of the filing fee by collecting monthly payments from the plaintiff's prison trust account in an amount equal to twenty percent (20%) of the preceding month's income credited to his trust account and forwarding payments to the Clerk of the Court each time the amount in the account exceeds $10.00 in accordance with 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(2). All payments shall be made payable to Clerk, U.S. District Court. Parties shall comply as set forth in Order. cc: Counsel, Pro Se Plaintiff, BCDC (MEJ)
