SERVICE AND SCHEDULING ORDER by Judge Rebecca Grady Jennings on 5/23/2019. The Clerk of Court shall issue the summons, and the United States Marshal shall serve a copy of the complaint (DN #1 ), the separate Memorandum Opinion and Order entered this date, summons, and this Service and Scheduling Order on Defendant Watts in accordance with Rule 4 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. A copy of these materials shall also be mailed to the Hardin County Attorney. Should Plaintiff receive notice that the summons is returned to the Court unexecuted, Plaintiff is WARNED that he must take steps to remedy the defect in service by providing additional information to the Court. Failure to do so within 90 days of entry of this Order may result in dismissal of the action. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m). Pretrial Discovery due by 9/17/2019. Plaintiff Pre-trial Memorandum due by 10/17/2019. Defendant Pre-trial Memorandum due by 11/18/2019. Dispositive Motions due by 11/18/2019.
