Filing 5 ORDER FOR PAYMENT OF INMATE FILING FEE signed by Judge Claria Horn Boom; GRANTING #3 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. Although the Court granted Plaintiff's prisoner application, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915 (b) (1), Plaintiff is required to pay the statutory filing fee of $350.00 under an installment plan. The Fulton County Detention Center is required to send to the Clerk of the Court payments from Plaintiff's prison trust account each time the amount in the account exceeds $10.00, until the statutory filing fee of $350.00 is paid in full.
