The Court REFERS the matter to Magistrate Judge Lanny King pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 636(b)(1)(A) to make a determination, including conducting a hearing if necessary, whether to appoint a guardian ad litem and/or counsel for Stinson. The Court also DENIES the motion for protective order [DN #1 ] without prejudice to its refiling after the resolution of Stinson's capacity.
