December 9, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ORDER FOR PAYMENT OF INMATE FILING FEE (EBOC) signed by Judge Claria Horn Boom on 12/9/22 ; granting #3 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis: The Northpoint Training Center shall collect from Plaintiffs trust account aninitial partial filing fee in the amount of $8.40 when such funds are available and shall forward the amount to the Clerk of Court. Thereafter, the Northpoint Training Center shall collect the $341.60 balance of the filing fee by collecting monthly payments from Plaintiffs trust account in an amount equal to twenty percent (20%) of the preceding months income credited to his trust account and forwarding payments to the Clerk of Court each time the amount in the account exceeds $10.00 in accordance with 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(2).
