ORDER by Senior Judge Joseph H. McKinley, Jr on 8/23/23. Plaintiff's motion for appointment of counsel [DN #8 ] is DENIED. This ruling does not prevent Plaintiff from requesting the appointment of counsel at a future point in this action should circumstances arise to warrant such a request. The Court INSTRUCTS Plaintiff that the proper way to seek relief from the Court is through a motion and not through letters. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to send Plaintiff a motion form. Plaintiff must use the motion form or follow the format of the motion form in requesting relief. Plaintiff is reminded that the next step in the process is for the Court to undertake a preliminary review of Plaintiffs complaint and amended complaint under 28 U.S.C. 1915A and that once the review is completed, an order will be entered informing the parties of what steps, if any, must be taken. cc: Plaintiff(pro se w/Motion Form) (DJT)
