McKinley, Jr on 7/24/13; IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiffs individual and official-capacity claims against Defendant Massamore are DISMISSED pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1915A(b)(1), (2) for fa ilure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted and for seeking monetary damages against a defendant immune from such relief. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the individual and official-capacity claims against Defendant Gibson and Plaintiffs cla ims for injunctive relief are DISMISSED pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A(b)(1) for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all of the official-capacity claims against Defendant Blue, except for his c laims of denial of religious services and medical treatment, are DISMISSED pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A(b)(1) for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted.
