MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER by Chief Judge Joseph H. McKinley, Jr. on 4/10/2018: The due process claim regarding the lack of a grievance process or an adequate grievance process is DISMISSED; The claim regarding lack of access to a law librar y or legal materials is DISMISSED; The claim regarding inadequate calories and food portions is DISMISSED; The retaliation claims are DISMISSED; within 30 days from the entry date of this Memorandum Opinion and Order, Plaintiff may file an amended complaint. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to place the instant case number and the word Amended on a § 1983 complaint form and send it, along with two summons form, to Plaintiff for his completion. cc: Plaintiff (pro se) w/ amended complaint form, Defendant, WCA (JM)
