Unknown Officer "VI" (Officer at Grayson County Detention Center), Rita Wilson (Nurse at Grayson County Detention Center), Un ited States Marshal's Service and Unknown Nurse "A" (Nurse at Grayson County Detention Center) terminated. Plaintiff's claims based upon the requirement that he make a co-payment for his prescription medication and his placemen t in disciplinary segregation are also DISMISSED pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A(b)(1) for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that within 30 days from the entry date of this Memorandum Opinion and Ord er, Plaintiff may file an amended complaint in which he names Officer Pendleton as a Defendant, names as Defendants the GCDC officials who allegedly placed him in a restraint chair and refused to feed him for 30 hours, and sues these Defendants in their individual capacities.cc: Plaintiff(pro se), Defendants, Grayson County Attorney (DJT)
