MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER signed by Judge Joseph H. McKinley, Jr. on 12/18/18; granting 8 Motion to Compel; denying 8 Motion to Dismiss: Defendant's motion is GRANTED to compel arbitration, however, Defendant's motion to dismiss is DENIED. An arbitrator shall be selected pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of the AAA. This action will be STAYED, in accordance with 9 U.S.C. § 3, until the conclusion of the ordered arbitration.
