McKinley, Jr. on 11/19/2019: IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Civil Action Nos. 4:19-CV-131-JHM and 4:19-CV-132-JHM are CONSOLIDATED for all further proceedings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Civil Action No. 4:19-CV-131-JHM shall be the LEAD case and that Civil Action No. 4:19-CV-132-JHM is administratively DISMISSED. IT IS ORDERED as follows: (1) All documents in the dismissed case shall be incorporated by reference as part of the LEAD case, and the Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to docket the amended complaint (DN 5) from the dismissed action into the LEAD case, Civil Action No. 4:19-CV-131-JHM, as a Second Amended Complaint, and to docket the motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (DN 6) from the dismissed action into the LEAD case, Civil Action No. 4:19-CV-131-JHM. (2) The Clerk of Court shall send Plaintiff a copy of the updated docket sheet in the LEAD case, Civil Action No. 4:19-CV-131-JHM.
