Filing 8 ORDER REGARDING SERVICE AND SCHEDULING ORDER by Senior Judge Joseph H. McKinley, Jr. On initial review of the complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915A, the Court will allow these Eighth Amendment claims to continue. The Clerk of Court shall prepare and issue summons for Defendant. The United States Marshals Service shall serve these Defendants with a copy of the complaint (DN #1 ), the instant Order, and summonses in accordance with Rule 4 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(c)(3). The parties shall complete all pretrial discovery herein no later than April 3, 2020. No later than May 4, 2020, Plaintiff shall file a pretrial memorandum. No later than June 3, 2020, Defendants shall file a pretrial memorandum. All dispositive motions shall be filed no later than June 3, 2020. McKinley, Jr. on 11/25/19; granting #3 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis: Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1), however, Plaintiff is required to pay the statutory filing fee of $350.00 under an installment plan. See McGore v. Wrigglesworth, 114 F.3d 601, 604 (6th Cir. 1997). The Clerk of Court is directed to open an account for the payment of the filingfee in this action. Having addressed the filing-fee issue, the Court must now undertake a preliminary review of Plaintiffs complaint under 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2).
