The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to docket the instant civil action number as being filed by the first Plaintiff, James Salmon, only. The Clerk of Court is further DIRECTED to open a new civil action (8 total) for every other individual Plaintiff and to use the complaint in the instant action #1 as the initiating document in each of those actions.
