MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER by Senior Judge Joseph H. McKinley, Jr. on 11/28/2022: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the claims set forth in the amended complaint regarding Plaintiff's jail trust account, denial of access to an adequate law library/re jection of legal materials, grievance-related claims, and requests for injunctive relief are DISMISSED. IT IS ALSO ORDERED that Plaintiff's motion to certify a class 11 is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that within 30 days from the entry date of this Memorandum Opinion and Order, Plaintiff may file an amended complaint.
