ORDER FOR PAYMENT OF INMATE FILING FEE Signed by Senior Judge Joseph H. McKinley, Jr. (EBOC) on 12/12/2022 granting #3 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff is required to pay the statutory filing fee of $350.00 under an installment plan. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that: the Henderson County Detention Center shall collect from Plaintiffs prison trust account the $350.00 filing fee by collecting monthly payments from Plaintiffs prison trust account in an amount equal to twenty percent (20%) of the preceding months income credited to the prisoners trust account and forwarding payments to the Clerk of Court each time the amount in the account exceeds $10.00 in accordance with 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(2).
