For the reasons herein, the Court concludes that dismissal is warranted for Plaintiff's failure to prosecute and for his failure to comply with the Court's Orders. A separate Order of dismissal will be entered. Despite having to dismiss this action due to Plaintiff's failure to prosecute, the Court is troubled by Plaintiff's allegations. Given the Court's concern, the Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to send a copy of this Memorandum Opinion and Order and separate Order of dismissal entered this date to the Warden of KSP and to the Commissioner of the Kentucky Department of Corrections. cc: Plaintiff, pro se; KSP Warden Randy White; DOC Commissioner Rodney Ballard (JLS)
