MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER by Judge Greg N. Stivers. On initial review of the complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A, IT IS ORDERED that the Eighth Amendment claim brought against Defendants Copeland and the Unknown Officer in their individu al capacities will proceed and that all other claims are dismissed. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to remove Defendant Ballard from the docket of this action. Plaintiff has 90 days from the date of this Memorandum Opinion and Order within which to move to amend his complaint to name Defendant Unknown Officer or show good cause for his failure to do so. cc: Counsel for Plaintiff; Defendants (JLS)
