IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's claims related to the grievance process are DISMISSED pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A(b)(1) for failure to state a clai m upon which relief may be granted. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to terminate Defendant Deputy Johnson as a party to this action. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that within 30 days from the entry date of this Memorandum Opinion and Order, Plaintiff may ame nd the complaint to indicate that he is suing Defendants Jailer Williams, Deputy Easley, Dr. Weatherspoon, and "Nurse Reginia" in their individual capacities. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to send a copy of page one and two of a 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint form with the case number and the word "amended" written in the caption to Plaintiff for his completion should he desire to amend the complaint to sue the above-named Defendants in their individual capacities. cc: Plaintiff, pro se (with form as directed); Defendants; Fulton County Attorney (MNM) |
