| Filing 5 TEXT ORDER: Defendant Adam Ruddle and his employer, the Tennessee Valley Authority, have asked the Court to dismiss, with prejudice, the Plaintiff's claims against Adam Ruddle and substitute the Tennessee Valley Authority as the defendant in his place. DN #4 ; see 16 U.S.C. 831c-2(b)(1). The Plaintiff agrees with this request. The Court therefore dismisses Adam Ruddle from the case and substitutes the Tennessee Valley Authority in accordance with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) and 21.
