Consequently, the dismissal of this action was effective on March 25, 2024, the date Plaintiff filed his motion to dismiss. See, e.g., Warfield v. AlliedSignal TBS Holdings, Inc., 267 F.3d 538, 541 (6th Cir. 2001) (holding that plaintiffs unilateral notice was the legally operative act of dismissal pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1) [A](i), making the district courts subsequent order to the same effect superfluous). Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is hereby DIRECTED to terminate the instant action as of March 25, 2024, and to strike this matter from the Court's active docket. cc: Plaintiff(pro se) (DJT)
