Doc. 18) wherein he requests the Court reconsider its prior Order granting Petitioner Vasilios Pappas ("Pappas") an evidentiary hearing on two of Pappas' claims for federal habeas corpus relief. The Court has considered the parties' respective filings, the record, and the applicable law. For the reasons stated, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Prince's Motion for Reconsideration and Relief from Order (Rec. Doc. 18) is GRANTED; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Pappas' claims for federal habeas corpus relief on the grounds of an invalid guilty plea and ineffective assistance of counsel are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
