ORDER & REASONS re dft Cooper/T. Smith Mooring Company Inc.'s 44 MOTION for Certification Under 28 U.S.C. 1292(b) or, in the Alternative, to Alter or Amend the Court's Order and Reasons (Rec. Doc. 43) Under Fed. R. Civ. P. 59(a)(2): For t he reasons stated, the Court will deny the pending motion. Moreover, while this Court believes that its prior order clearly stated the limited issues it decided therein, this order should provide further clarity. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED tha t Cooper's Motion for Certification Under 28 U.S.C. 1292(b) or, in the Alternative, to Alter or Amend the Court's Prior Order and Reasons Under Fed. R. Civ.
