FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs' claims for breach of contract, bad faith breach of contract, breach o f the obligation of good faith performance, negligence, negligent & intentional misrepresentation, detrimental reliance, breach of fiduciary duty, wrongful disclosure, intentional interference with a contract or business relationship, violations of T ILA/Regulation Z, & any accompanying vicarious liability theories are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs' RESPA claim is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
