ORDER AND REASONS: ORDERED that defendants 29 motion for partial summary judgment is GRANTED and that plaintiff's 1983 false-arrest and excessive-force claims against defendants, Dunnaway and Jones, are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. FURTHER ORD ERED that plaintiff's claims arising under state law are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE reserving plaintiff's right to pursue her claims arising under state law in state court.
