ORDER and REASONS - Presently before the Court are motions to dismiss for failure to state a claim 11 & 16 , filed by Defendants Toy Nicole Goodwin, Lorraine C. Beckman, and Heather Dohn Miller (collectively, "Individual Defendants"), an d asserting substantially similar arguments. IT IS ORDERED that the Individual Defendants' Rule 12(b)(6) Motions to Dismiss are GRANTED and Plaintiffs' Lanham Act claims against the Individual Defendants are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE, as stated within document.
