ORDER AND REASONS granting in part, denying in part 22 MOTION to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim; Plaintiffs' FLSA claim is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Plaintiffs are granted leave to amend their complaint by 11/4/2016. Should plain tiffs amend the complaint, any renewed motion to dismiss by Cox is due by 11/11/2016. Cox's brief shall not exceed five pages. Plaintiffs' opposition to any motion to dismiss is due by 11/18/2016. Plaintiffs' brief shall not exceed five pages. Further, plaintiffs' claims under La.
