IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that within ten (10) days from the date of this Order, Plaintiff shall show cause in writing why the claims against the remaining Defendants, Bogalusa Newsmedia, LLC and Times-Picayune, L.L.C., should not be dismissed on similar grounds as stated herein. Again, Plaintiff is warned that it is her responsibility to properly serve Defendants (Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(c)(1)) and that her failure to timely effect proper service within the twenty-one day deadline will result in dismissal of all claims asserted against any Defendant who has not been properly served.
