IT IS HEREBY DECLARED that Slidell City Code 11-207 is facially unconstitutional. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that defendants, the City of Slidell, Freddy D rennan, and Eugene Howard, are ENJOINED from enforcing Slidell City Code 11-207. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Slidell's 30 motion for summary judgment is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a status conference is set in this matter for 2 P.M. on June 26, 2017 in the chambers of the undersigned.
