ORDER AND REASONS re 69 Motion in Limine. The Court will DEFER ruling on Plaintiff's Motion in Limine to exclude evidence relating to Plaintiff's 1999 cervical spine fusion insofar as Defendants seek to use the evidence to impeach the Pl aintiff's testimony. Furthermore, IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion in Limine to exclude evidence relating to Plaintiff's 2007 MRI is GRANTED without objection.
