On the issue of competing "other insurance" clauses, the Court concludes that GEICO and AGCS are co-primary insurers responsible for their pro rata share of the loss. To the extent AGCS seeks relief in its Motion for Summary Judgment at variance with the Court's ruling that AGCS and GEICO are co-primary insurers for the loss, the motion is DENIED IN PART.
