Upon receipt of funds, the Clerk of Co urt is DIRECTED to DEPOSIT such funds into in an interest-bearing account. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that upon deposit of those funds, the Plan is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE from this action and DISCHARGED from further liability relating to the 401(k) acco unt. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all claimants are permanently enjoined from instituting or prosecuting any proceedings against the Plan relating to the 401(k) account.
