ORDER & REASONS. It is ORDERED that Third-Party Defendant Scania AB's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction and Failure to State a Claim (Rec. Doc. 71 ) is DENIED as regards personal jurisdiction. It is FURTHER ORDERED that S cania AB's motion to dismiss pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) is DENIED as to Third-Party Plaintiff NRE's claims for contribution and Rule 14(c) Tender, but GRANTED as to NRE's direct products liability claims, Texas products liability indemnity claim, and Article 2531 redhibition claim.
