The Court further finds Plaintiff is entitled to injunctive relief, attorne ys' fees, and costs against SMG and against Defendant Kyle France, in his official capacity as Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Louisiana Stadium and Exposition District. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the 45 motion for summary judgment, filed by Defendants SMG, the Louisiana Stadium and Exposition District, and France, be and hereby is DENIED IN PART with respect to Plaintiff's standing to sue for injunctive relief.
