ORDER AND REASONS: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Court SUSTAINS Plaintiff's 22 objections in part and REJECTS the finding on page five of the Report and Recommendation, which states that "there is no evidence in the record to support the finding" that E.A.W. suffers from developmental delay. The Court ADOPTS the 19 Report and Recommendation in all other respects. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the ALJ's decision denying Plaintiff's application for benefits on behalf of E.A.W. is AFFIRMED and this case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
