Filing 20 ORDER AND REASONS - IT IS ORDERED that the Bankruptcy Court's September 28, 2017 order granting Appellee JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.'s motion for summary judgment is hereby REVERSED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that case number 17-10554 be REMAND ED to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana for further proceedings not inconsistent with this Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Bankruptcy Court's November 16, 2017 order denying Appellee Debra Guthans' motio n to compel Chase to amend its proof of claim is hereby REVERSED and RENDERED. The motion to compel is hereby GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that case number 17-12719 be REMANDED to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana for further proceedings not inconsistent with this Order.
