Defendants' failure to comply with the terms of this minute entry within the noted time frame will result in the issuance of an order directing them to show cause why their answer should not be stricken and a default taken against them. Ms. O'Boyle having failed to appear for today's proceedings despite a specific order directing her to do so, she is once again ordered to show cause before the undersigned on May 29, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. as to why she should not be sanctioned and/or held in contempt for repeated violations of the Court's orders. Ms. O'Boyle shall file a written response in the record explaining why she should not be so sanctioned or adjudged in contempt on or before May 22, 2019.
