ORDER AND REASONS - IT IS ORDERED that Defendants' Alternative Motions for Transfer of Venue are GRANTED. Because this Court is transferring this case, Defendants' Motions to Dismiss on improper venue and personal jurisdiction grounds (Rec. Doc. 9 and 10 ) are DENIED AS MOOT.
