The Judge is also on the Advisory Board of the Tulane Law School Maritime Law Institute. Judge Vance's participation on the Law School's related boards does not present grounds for recusal. See Harris v. Bd. of Supervisors of La. St. Univ. & Agric. & Mech. Coll., 409 Fed. Appx. 725, 727-28 (5th Cir. 2010)(recusal not required when judge was a member of LSU Law Center Alumni Board of Trustees but not a member of the board that manages and supervises the university). While the Court does not find that grounds for recusal exist, any party that wishes to file a motion for recusal based on this disclosure shall do so within 10 days of the entry of this disclosure.
