IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Allied Shipyard, Inc. of Larose, Louisiana, be appointed the substitute custodian of The Vessels to retain them in its custody for possession and safekeeping until further notice from this Court. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Allied must execute a written receipt of The Vessels, and that the U.S. Marshal must attest to the date and time of the release on a certified copy of the receipt.
