That request is GRANTED, and those individuals are no longer considered to be defendants in this lawsuit in any capacity. Granting #11 In this motion, plaintiff moves for leave of court to amend the complaint to add a claim against Sheriff Daniel Edwards for "theft." The motion, Rec. Doc. 11, is GRANTED, and the complaint is hereby deemed to be amended to incorporate that claim. Granting #12 the complaint is hereby deemed to be amended to incorporate the foregoing paragraphs. Granting in part and denying in part #13 the complaint is hereby deemed to be amended to incorporate the foregoing paragraphs. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that plaintiff shall not file any further motions for leave to amend the complaint until further order of the Court.
