June 16, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 42 ORDER AND REASONS: The Court GRANTS Ms. Boudreaux's 16 motion to dismiss for insufficient service of process. Plaintiffs' claims against Ms. Boudreaux are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The Court also GRANTS Chase's 15 motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim. The Court DISMISSES WITHOUT PREJUDICE plaintiffs' section 1981 claim and state-law claims. Plaintiffs must file any amended complaint within twenty-one days of this Order. Plaintiffs' claims under section 1983, the Equal Protection Clause, Title VII, and the Americans with Disabilities Act are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Signed by Judge Sarah S. Vance on 6/16/2022. (pp)
