It is FURTHER RECOMMENDED that plaintiff's claims against Judge Pittman in her individual capacity be DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE as frivolous, for failing state a claim on which relief may be granted, and/or for seeking monetary damages against a defendant who is immune from such relief. It is FURTHER RECOMMENDED that the claims against Warden Edward Dustin Bickham be severed and transferred to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana.
