FURTHER ORDERED that all deadlines are lifted and all scheduled Court conferences be removed from the Court's calendar. FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall notify the Court within 30 days of arbitration concluding. FURTHER ORDERED that JACH, LLC reserves all rights, including the right to return to this Court to seek recovery of any statutory damages provided for by law. Likewise, to the extent JACH attempts to return to this Court, the Insurers reserve all defenses. This includes, without limitation, asserting that all disputes between the parties, including any dispute regarding JACH's entitlement to statutory damages, should be resolved through arbitration.
