ORDER - Before the Court is a Motion to Seal the Case (Rec. Doc. 2) in which Plaintiff, Torsh, Inc., requests that the Court seal the Complaint and the Exhibits thereto. Additionally, having found that the parties have not met the standard to seal documents in a judicial record as outlined by the Fifth Circuit in Binh Hoa Le v. Exeter Finance Corporation, 990 F.3d 410 (5th Cir. 2021), the parties shall have until Monday, August 29, 2022 at 4:00p.m. to submit briefing to the Court as to why portions or the entirety of the Exhibits shall be sealed. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Complaint (Rec. Doc. 1) shall not be sealed. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Exhibits to the Complaint (Rec.
