ORDER - On August 30, 2022, Progressive West Insurance Company ("Defendant") filed a Notice of Removal, asserting that the Court has subject matter jurisdiction over this motor vehicle accident case based upon 28 U.S.C. 1332, diversity jurisdiction. The Notice of Removal fails to adequately allege the amount in controversy in this case.
