ORDER: On September 12, 2022, Thomas Higginbotham and Pagne Duplantis Higginbotham filed a Complaint in this Court against Praetorian Insurance Company ("Praetorian") Insurance Company based upon damages sustained as a result of Hurricane Ida. In the Complaint, however, Plaintiffs fail to adequately allege the citizenship of the parties. Specifically, Plaintiffs fail to adequately allege the citizenship of Praetorian under 28 U.S.C. 1332(c). IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiffs, Thomas Higginbotham and Pagne Duplantis Higginbotham, shall have seven (7) days from the date of this Order to file a comprehensive amended Complaint, without further leave of Court, properly setting forth the citizenship particulars of all of the parties, as required to establish that the Court has diversity jurisdiction over this case under 28 U.S.C. 1332(a).
