Filing 3 ORDER: On September 23, 2022, Dylan Church and Katie Wing (collectively, "Plaintiffs") filed a Complaint in this Court against Allied Trust Insurance Company ("Allied") based upon damages sustained as a result of Hurricane Ida. In the Complaint, Plaintiffs assert that this Court has subject matter jurisdiction based upon 28 U.S.C. 1332(a)(1), diversity jurisdiction. While Plaintiffs have sufficiently alleged their own citizenship in the Complaint, Plaintiffs failed to adequately allege the citizenship of Allied. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiffs, Dylan Church and Katie Wing, shall have seven (7) days from the date of this Order to file a comprehensive amended complaint, without further leave of Court, properly setting forth the citizenship particulars of all of the parties, as required to establish that the Court has diversity jurisdiction over this case under 28 U.S.C. 1332(a).
