September 26, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ORDER: On September 23, 2022, Certain Underwriters at Lloyds, London, Subscribing to Policy No. B1180D210995/576LA ("Underwriters"), filed a Notice of Removal. In the Notice of Removal, Underwriters sufficiently alleged the citizenship of the Plaintiff, but failed to adequately allege its own citizenship. While Underwriters identified its sole member/underwriter as Hamilton Corporate Member Ltd. ("Hamilton"), Underwriters failed to allege what form of entity Hamilton is. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that defendant, Underwriters, shall have seven (7)days from the date of this Order to file a comprehensive amended notice of removal, without further leave of Court, properly setting forth the citizenship particulars of all of the parties, as required to establish that the Court has diversity jurisdiction over this case under 28 U.S.C. 1332(a).
